Jennifer’s house has everything you could want for a family of various ages to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The house itself has plenty of room with various spaces within the house to take time out or engage with other people. The garden is extensive and offers much from a play area to a few quieter spots to sit and enjoy the views. The barbecue area is the ideal sunny spot during the evening. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals easily and the extensive dining table seats everyone with room to spare. We were a party of 10. Plenty of activities within short driving distances to meet all interests. The only downside to the location is the constant ‘rumbling’ noise from the sawmill located in the village. We ad a great stay, this place suited our needs perfectly (7 adults and 2 children). The beautiful Avoca valley is just down the road, a coupe of shops are 2 minutes away in the town. We’ll hopefully be back.

We stayed 10 people for a week, both young and old. It was so authentic and an incredible experience. Such nice amenities and just overall a great cozy place. Very responsive and kind host. The home is huge and much bigger than we anticipated. Quirky and old fashioned and had a lovely fireplace. Jennifer left helpful recommendations. A great spot with various different hikes within 20-30 mins so a good base to start from. Would definitely recommend.
